PIBM 2026 SPIE Publication Fee & Full Manuscript Submission Open

Dear PIBM 2026 Authors,

Thank you for your valuable contribution to the 18th International Conference on Photonics and Imaging in Biology and Medicine (PIBM 2026). We hope you had a wonderful and productive time at the conference in Sanya.

We are pleased to announce that the official SPIE online submission portal for our conference proceedings is now open. Please note that to successfully publish your full manuscript in the Proceedings of SPIE, all of the following conditions must be met:

1) Your submission was accepted by the conference.

2) You have attended the conference.

3) You have paid the conference registration fee.

4) You have paid the SPIE Publication Fee.

【Step 1: SPIE Publication Fee Payment】

The SPIE Publishing Fee is 700 RMB (or 100 USD) for ONE paper.

If you have not yet paid this fee, please scan the QR code provided in the email attachment to complete the payment.

* Important: Please add a note when transferring the funds: "[Your Paper ID] + [Your Name] + SPIE Fee".

* Action Required: Once the payment is complete, please reply to this email with a screenshot of the successful payment.

【Step 2: SPIE System Submission】

After sending the payment screenshot, please carefully follow the instructions below to submit your full manuscript:

2. Firm Deadline: August 25, 2026

In order to expedite the publication and indexing process—especially to support our participating students who urgently need their papers for graduation—the firm deadline for submitting your full manuscript is August 25, 2026. Please submit as early as possible.

3. Formatting & Requirements

Each manuscript must be at least four full pages. Please ensure your paper strictly adheres to the SPIE formatting guidelines:
